The MACA Executive Committee met monthly from February 2022 to September 2022 to develop an updated strategic plan for the organization. MACA’s Strategic Plan is for 2022 to 2025 and focuses on these four priorities:

• Provide continuing educational opportunities for all career stages
• Support effective governance through strong Board-Administrator relationships
• Develop new or additional resource content
• Affirm and strengthen regional groups
